You retain ownership of any content you upload or record in VisibleChange, including photos, videos, journey names, check-ins, and notes.

By uploading or recording content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content back to you as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

When using VisibleChange, you agree not to:

• Upload content that you do not own or have permission to use
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
